I have a huge complaint about google, all of the rules. It has many webmasters scared to death that they are going to do something wrong. I understand that they are trying to make the internet a better place but they have so many webmasters scared to make any changes.

I would like to know when Google is making changes to the Algo and a warning when it is going to change/punish for breaking rules. This way we don't have to tip toe around in fear for our lives.
